All applications for admission are to be made on prescribed forms ( enclosed with the prospectus) . The application form duly filled in must be submitted not later than the date indicated on the bulletin board in the school . Except for nursery class , no student will be admitted unless the transfer certificate from the previous school is produced . If he has not attended any school previously, certificate showing the date of birth must be produced . The parents of all applicants must sign a declaration that at no time , and under no circumstances will any request be made for change in date of birth.
